The Winter Park Fire-Rescue Department holds a multitude of educational courses intended to train the general public. These course include CPR - First Aid and Bloodbourne Pathogen which are offered at different times throughout the year. To schedule a class please call our special Public Course Offering Line at 407-599-3611 and leave a message. CPR CERTIFICATION TRAINING
Cost - $30 per student
LENGTH - 4 Hours
This class will help students identify the need to perform CPR, to perform the Heimlich Maneuver and to use an Automatic External Defibrillator.

FIRST AID

COST: $30 per student
LENGTH: 4 hours
This class will teach students how to control bleeding, bandage and splint. Other topics will include poisoning, burns, heat emergencies, venomousbites, shock and more.

BLOODBOURNE PATHOGEN / MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS

COST: $20 per student
LENGTH: 2 hours
This course covers the safe practices for dealing with bloodbourne contamination prevention.
